I think my purpose with my art is to make people smile. I’ve made everything I create with a smile on their face, muzzle, beak, …whatever.
My goal is to show you art that is whimsical, fun and will bring a smile. Many Libraries in Utah have some very interesting sculptures that I created for the Children’s Libraries, that was the start of my adventures in making art for kids. The Librarians were all so excited when I brought in new pieces.
This was many years ago but most of them still have my art on display. The Librarians told me kids came in just to see what I had brought and then checked out books. Every month I would change them around, sometimes they ordered sculptures to keep in their Library. Heber (Wasatch) Library has one of the largest Dragons I ever made…it was a Mom Dragon reading to her baby dragon I think together they measured over 15 feet in length . I also did a Wizard with a large white stallion.. they were about 7-8 tall.
The beautiful Academy Library in Provo has quite a few sculptures, Another Large Sauras reading a book, a Unicorn with a Fairy Princess and even a Mother Goose Figure! Several other Libraries have art too.. but I mentioned the largest, for now.
